#17 has information from the DMV for your protection.
Do you move pianos?
Of course we do! Every size and every type. Experienced piano movers at an affordable price.
Do you move out of state?
Right now we only do moves within the state of Texas. If you are moving to our great metro area please call so we can make sure your possessions get here in great shape and we can unload them. If you are moving from Texas then we can load your belongings in a safe way for the travel they have ahead of them!
Can your movers accept tips?
Tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated by your moving team if offered!
Is there a minimum hours per job charged?
2 hours is the minimum charge per job, no matter the length of job. We do offer special rates for a single item move, call for details.
What can we do to make our move go faster?
The most important thing you can do as a business owner or a homeowner is to have EVERYTHING packed into boxes. Most people forget to pack the back yard or garage and this can add hours to your move. Also, make sure to mention at booking if you have any special requests for your move.
Are you insured?
Yes, we most defiantly are. We have double the amount that Texas requires if not more. We are also bonded and licensed with the DMV and USDOT. You can always purchase additional insurance for yourself to cover your move if you choose! We do not offer this coverage because it is cheaper to buy it elsewhere and also most home owner and renter policies already have this additional policy without you even knowing its there.
Are you approved by Texas to move my belongings?
Of coarse we are! We have a USDOT # and the most important to you is the Tx DMV No. 007042468C. That number represents that we are legal in all ways to operate a moving company within Texas!
Do you move large gun or other types of safes?
Yes we do. Right now 1000lbs is the maximum that we can move to a second floor.
Are there truly NO hidden fees?
That is correct, you will not get a bill for anything that you did not know about the first time we spoke about your job. We do have a small additional fee for pianos, large heavy safes, spas and pool tables. I would make sure that you are aware of that when we talk about your move and it would be on the legal proposal that I send over to you.
Are there any items you cannot move?
We cannot move flammables, explosives, or corrosives. Besides that we can move anything you own whether that be heirlooms, expensive art that needs to be crated or something as simple as a trampoline.
Do you require a booking fee or deposit?
Absolutely not, but we do ask that you call ahead of time to let us know if you need to change your moving date.
Do I need to disassemble my bed/furniture?
No, we can easily handle that for you. We do disassemble and reassemble furniture on most moves and their is no no additional fee.
Are your movers insured/screened?
Our movers are all drug tested. All drivers are part of a drug and alcohol testing group overseen by the department of transportation. Background checks are conducted. Employees are trained to the highest standards.
Do you work evenings?
Yes, we work twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need us we will be there!
